here is my new car for sa,LQ ferrari f458...model from forza3,i convert it in my free time.
and i will make sa lights for this car.
follow my step.
here i will make front right light to how to make sa style light...invisible(not delect) your light glass first.otherwise you will cant choice the light surface.
now,creat a new material ball.and import the texture:vehiclelights128
and you will see the light texture is in your material ball.then,write:[spec,FR]or[FR],because i found that specular highlight dosent work of light texture.and 'FR' means that this light is the car front right.(FL:front left,RR:rear right,RL:rear left),only if you add FR or other three the light can worked.
well,next step is to uvmap the light text to the car.select your car light that you want to add the texture.
if you dont know how to uvmap,just look my second tutorial.
here is in the uv map view.move or scale or rotate your light model to a suitable place in the light texture.(sorry my English)
finally finished.and the car light texture can be worked in game.(this is just a example to show make sa lights,you need to make left light too,or rear lights).
